Dr. Elsayed officially started the practice in 2014. The founding vision was clear. Our vision is to lead the future of pediatric care by integrating modern technology, education, and family empowerment to create an evidence-based, efficient, and child-friendly environment.

Our mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality pediatric care that supports children’s health, empowers families, and builds lasting partnerships based on trust and respect.

Our unique philosophy revolves around making every child feel special through individualized, quality care. This means we spend more time with our families. We are dedicated to truly listening to the mothers and giving parents the absolute assurance that we genuinely care. We are thrilled to watch their child grow and celebrate every stage of their development alongside them.

At Pediatric Care of Four Corners, we are deeply interested in integrating digital technology to enhance the patient experience. We recently implemented a digital check-in system that has tremendously streamlined our office flow. This allows us to dedicate less time to paperwork and more time to patient interaction, aligning perfectly with our philosophy of spending more quality time with the families.

Our biggest success is our consistent growth and expansion. We continue to broaden our services and serve a huge, increasing number of patients. The fact that we are always growing and are actively looking to expand our physical location in the near future is a testament to the trust our community places in us.

The biggest challenge we faced as a practice was during the COVID-19 pandemic. We had to reduce our patient volume significantly, yet we were committed to keeping our entire staff and continuing to provide uninterrupted services. That challenge refined our ability to adapt, prioritize, and remain a reliable constant for our pediatric patients during an uncertain time.

We actively attend local community events, often partnering with local hospitals. This involvement has been invaluable. It helps us stay in close touch with the community’s needs and is a key part of how we market and grow our practice. It’s always memorable to meet families outside of a clinical setting and connect on a personal level.

Dr. ElSayed was inspired to pursue pediatrics because she simply loves kids. She is deeply motivated by the opportunity to watch them grow and progress through the different, fascinating stages of development. Their resilience and joy continue to motivate her every single day.
