Dr. Eiman ElSayed

Board Certified Pediatrician

As the medical director of Pediatric Care of Four Corners in Davenport, Florida, board-certified pediatrician, Eiman ElSayed, MD, is highly regarded for her excellence in clinical care and her compassionate, friendly personality. Dr. ElSayed, better known as Dr. E, provides comprehensive primary pediatric care for children of all ages and has a passion for preventive care to ensure every child grows strong and healthy.
Dr. ElSayed treats each patient as if they were her own child. She offers a variety of primary pediatric services, including routine well child visits, annual physicals, and sick visits. Dr. ElSayed is also highly skilled in diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, such as allergies, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and other developmental issues.

Dana Gant, APRN

Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner

Dana is our wonderful Nurse Practitioner that specializes in Pediatrics. All the way from New York, she moved to South Carolina at the age of 11. In 2007, she obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing at the University of South Carolina and proceeded to become a Registered Nurse. For the next 8 years Dana worked in various departments revolving around Pediatrics including general Pediatrics, PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit), and Newborn Nursery.
Eager to further her education, Dana attended the University of South Alabama where she obtained her Advanced Practitioner Registered Nurse degree in 2016. Dana has been a part of our team since November 2017. We are delighted to have her as she exemplifies what every great Practitioner should. In her spare time, she likes to travel and spend time with her loving husband and daughter.”

April Holm, APRN

Advanced Practitioner Registered Nurse

April is our newest provider! Originally from Arkansas, April moved to Florida where she began her nursing career by obtaining a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing at the University of South Florida. April began working as a registered nurse for the next 11 years, where she gained experience in several Pediatric subspecialties, including the PICU, Pediatric Floor, and Mother-Baby, when she eventually became a certified Pediatric/PICU nurse. April decided to further her education by obtaining her Master's of Nursing degree at USF where she graduated as an Advanced Practitioner Registered Nurse. April has been practicing as an APRN for the last 11 years, with her most recent venture of joining our practice in January 2022.
April is a lovely mommy of three and happily married. In her spare team she loves to spend time with her family, as well as traveling. Combined with her experience as an APRN and RN, April has over 22 years of experience in Pediatrics. We could not be more delighted to have her as a part of our team!

Shirin Galal

Office Manager

Shirin is the new office manager of Pediatric Care of Four Corners. While having lived in Miami, FL for 6 years, she obtained her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology with minor(s) in Public Health Administration and Psychology at the University of Miami.

Shirin is passionate when it comes to Pediatrics. She will always put the child first and pledges to work alongside parents to make sure they have the best experience at our office. Her enthusiasm, dedication, and love for kids makes her a great office manager.

Elizabeth Heredia

Receptionist

Elizabeth is our warm receptionist who will always greet you with a smile. She is family-oriented and happily married with two wonderful sons. She always goes out of her way to make sure our patients and parents are happy. Elizabeth is an exceptional receptionist, woman, and mother.
