April is our newest provider! Originally from Arkansas, April moved to Florida, where she began her nursing career by obtaining a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing at the University of South Florida. April began working as a registered nurse for the next 11 years, where she gained experience in several pediatric subspecialties, including the PICU, Pediatric Floor, and Mother-Baby, when she eventually became a certified pediatric/PICU nurse.
April decided to further her education by obtaining her Master’s of Nursing degree at USF where she graduated as an Advanced Practitioner Registered Nurse. April has been practicing as an APRN for the last 11 years, with her most recent venture of joining our practice in January 2022.
April is a lovely mommy of three and happily married. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her family, as well as traveling.
Combined with her experience as an APRN and RN, April has over 22 years of experience in pediatrics. We could not be more delighted to have her as a part of our team!
